Service description
My Bachelorette Party lets you generate and host sites dedicated to a Bachelorette Party or group event (text content, visual themes, collaborative features depending on plan). The service may evolve (features, pricing, retention periods); the online version prevails.
Public sites and link confidentiality
Sites are public: anyone with the address (URL) can view the displayed content. The link acts as an access key—only share it with people you intend to include. the person responsible for my-bachelorette-party.com is not responsible for accidental link sharing by the organizer.
Access and accounts
Access to a site is via its URL. The person who creates the event has editing tools protected by a secure link and/or browser session. You are responsible for keeping these access methods confidential.
Free and paid plans
Some features are free with limits (retention period, number of photos, etc.). Premium and Ultimate plans can be paid online by consumers via Stripe; the price shown at checkout applies.
Refunds: digital content and activation of paid features are delivered immediately after payment. No refund is granted after activation of the plan, except where mandatory law requires it or the publisher decides otherwise.
User content
You warrant that you have the rights to the information and media you publish (text, photos). It is forbidden to publish unlawful, defamatory content or content that infringes others’ privacy.
Some text content may be generated automatically from your answers (artificial intelligence). You must review and adapt it before sharing; the publisher does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of these texts for your actual situation.
Intellectual property
The service, its code, and its visual design remain the publisher’s property. You retain your rights in your content; you grant the publisher a limited license to host and display it solely to operate the public site.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is.” The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages or use of the site outside a private friends-and-family context. Total liability, when engaged, is limited to the amount paid for the relevant plan in the last twelve months.
Suspension
In case of abuse (spam, unlawful content, bypassing technical limits), the publisher may suspend or delete a site without notice.
Personal data
Data processing is described in the Privacy. For any question, use the formulaire de contact.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. The service is aimed at individual consumers; it is not a B2B offering. In case of dispute, and failing amicable resolution, French courts have jurisdiction under ordinary rules.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page with its update date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
